NOTE

There shall be no exclusivity in terms of field of business for institutional membership as NMA accepts and appreciates all members equally and there may be several businesses of same nature so exclusively only for one company cannot be applied

Membership benefits

REPRESENTATIVE APPOINTMENT

Institutional member company gets to appoint a member of marketing (appointed member has to be from Marketing and no other department) from their team to be a representative of NMA.

RIGHT TO VOTE

Appointed representative will have a right to vote in future elections and processes of NMA.

RIGHT TO REFUSE

NMA shall give first right to refusal on partnering with NMA events to member company.

SUBSIDIZED TRAINING RATE

Member company will get preference in participation of their employees in training modules conducted by NMA on subsidized rates (30% DISCOUNT) than non-members.

ACTIVE COUNCIL

The representative of the member company will be given opportunity to be in any active council of his/her interest. Activities will be reviewed by NMA and in case of non -involvement NMA shall inform the member company to reallocate a member with active interest.

ACCESS TO TALENT POOL

Members shall have access to NMA talent pool in order to get management trainees and staff of certain expertise. Placement Cell will take over this part on behalf of NMA (College placement and Job Fair).

LINKING WITH RESOURCES

NMA shall help its members to get linked with resources in market like agencies and vendor if they need any special assistance.

SPECIALIZED CONSULTATION

NMA shall provide specialized consultation in case of member facing issues in their marketing related activities.

RESEARCH ASSISTANCE

NMA shall provide 2 research to the institutional member of sample size 500 (TYPE AND MAGNITUDE OF RESEARCH TO BE SUGGESTED BY BOARD) in the span of 5 years for which the request will has to be put by institutional member company and the slot will be allocated as per availability. However, the research modality and details will be structured mutually with the institutional member by research council of NMA.

Code of conduct
  • No institutional member shall place any other institutional member lesser than them and shall not try to get extra benefits on basis of individual relationship or company stand.
  • In case of NMA events the sponsorship will be separate and cannot be mixed with the membership benefits and amount.
  • NMA shall give equal preference to each institutional member and that should be respected by enrolled members.
  • In case of dissatisfaction on services and benefits, member gets the right to put his/her opinion to board however the member shall maintain professional decorum and boundaries and at no point shall misbehave with any board member or NMA member. In case of non-adherence, NMA board holds the right to revoke the membership and mark a red flag for future memberships.
  • No member shall pressurize NMA for not enrolling their competitor brand as NMA does not give exclusivity in membership.
  • NMA shall be free to choose the events and activities related decision and will not be bounded by any NMA institutional member to give them preferential treatment (venue, modality, work process)
